There are two types of tourist visas that you can apply for online.
First-time visa
It is very easy to get Pakistan visa. You will get your e visa within a week or ten days. All you have to do is fill the form online and submit the required documents. Further if you need any help you can contact us here. Or you click here to start your visa process. Your first-time visa will be available for 3 months of your stay in Pakistan. It takes 7 to 10 days to get your tourist visit visa for Pakistan.
Extension Visa
Pakistan Travel Entry Requirements: You can apply for this visa if you are a foreigner living in Pakistan on a tourist visa and have a valid visa then you can apply for it. You can extend your visit visa up to 6 months once you get here.In case you are applying for an extension visa it will take 7 to 10 working days to issue your visa by the government. If you are applying for an extension for more than six months then it will take four weeks to the government to issue you an extension visa. If you are from Afghanistan it takes 37 working days by the government to issue you a visa.
On-arrival visa
You can also get a visa on your arrival if your country is eligible to get a Pakistani visa. But to get an on-arrival visa you have to submit your online visa application on Pakistan’s online visa system before 72 hours of your trip to Pakistan where you have to mention what are your intentions to visit Pakistan.

Types of Visa
Tourist or Visit Visa

- A Tourist Visa allows the citizens of these countries to visit Pakistan for tourism purposes. You can come and explore Pakistan as a tourist. One can get tourist visa to explore this country however there are different visa forms for trekking and mountaineering tourism. You can also get an invitation letter from a tour company. Family Visit Visa
Pakistan Travel Entry Requirements: This type of visa is designed for those who have foreign citizenship but have a Pakistani origin or whose spouses or family is living in Pakistan such a person can apply for a family visit visa and can stay for 1 year or up to 5 years. If you are visiting for the first time and you don’t possess a valid Pakistani visa you can apply for a first-time visa and if you do have a valid visa then and want to stay for a little longer you can apply for a visa extension. It takes 7 to 10 working days for the government to issue you a visa. In case you are from Afghanistan, it will take 37 working days for visa issuance.

Business Visa
For the economic growth and promotion of investment in the country, the government of Pakistan is granting 5 years of multiple entry business visas. If you are bringing your business to Pakistan for the first time and do not possess a valid Pakistani visa then you can apply for a first-time visa. In case of possessing a valid visa and wanting to keep your business here for longer terms then you can apply for a visa extension. Please make sure that you check the list of business and non-business countries before applying for a business visa. It takes 4 working weeks for the government to issue a business visa.

Work Visa
if you are a foreigner and want to work in Pakistan then you can apply for this visa. If you are applying for the first time and you do not possess a valid visa then you can apply for a first-time visa. it takes 3 to 4 working days for the government to issue you a first-time visa. if you are already in Pakistan and have a valid visa then you can apply for your visa extension, it will take 4 working weeks for the government to issue you the visa. In case you are from Afghanistan and want to work in Pakistan you can also apply, it will take 37 working days for the government to issue you a visa.

Journalist visa
If you are journalist then you can apply for our journalist visa which is available for the following cities of Pakistan: Islamabad, Karachi, and Lahore. This visa will be available till the tenure of your project. It takes 7 to 10 working days or 4 working weeks for the government to issue this visa’

Domestic Aid Visa
Domestic workers who want to work in Pakistan under the sponsorship of their sponsors can work for this. If you are newly applying but do not possess any valid visa then you can apply for a first-time visa or if you do have a valid visa then you can apply for its extension. In both scenarios, it will take 4 working weeks for the government to issue you a visa.

Driver or Transporter Visa
Pakistan Travel Entry Requirements: This visa is only available to the Eco countries and if you belong to them then you can apply for this visa. However It will take 3 working days for the government to issue you such a visa.

Study Visa
The are two types of study visas for foreign students:

Foreign students who want to pursue higher education in Pakistan can apply for this type of visa. it grants you two years’ stay in Pakistan and you can further extend it. if you do not possess a Pakistani visa then you can apply for a first-time visa or if you do have a valid visa then you can apply for its extension. How to apply for Pakistan Visa?

You can apply for a Pakistani visa on the online visa portal of Pakistan. Applying for an online Pakistani visa have three simple steps:

Before applying for a visa first understand which type of visa you are applying for, whether you are eligible or not, and what documents you have to submit while applying for your visa.

Make sure you are applying for the right kind of visa as each type of visa has different criteria. Further you have to complete set of supporting documents available at the time. A picture of yourself that shouldn’t exceed 350KB and a valid credit or debit card to make your online application fee payment.
Once you have everything in hand you can visit the online visa portal of Pakistan to apply for your visa. Firstly you will go to visa.nadra.gov, secondly click the apply now button. Thirdly create your account. Furthermore you have to create your account to get full access to the online visa portal.
